Position: Head Naturalist

Raised in the historic tiger corridor between Kanha and Pench national parks, Vipul pursued engineering and computer science degrees but always felt drawn to his forested homeland. After college, he returned to work for an NGO, monitoring tiger behavior and mitigating human-wildlife conflicts. Vipul believed in the importance of Tigers, Tribals, and Tourism for biodiversity conservation. He joined Taj Safaris and became a skilled naturalist, working in renowned MP national parks for a decade. He has played a pivotal role in training the Pardhee tribe for eco-tourism, shifting them from poaching. His passion lies in birding, observing big cat behavior, and creating native fish ecosystems through aquascaping.
