Raja Sarve, the sin man of Singinawa, hails from the village of Mocha, located on the outskirts of Kanha Tiger Reserve. A shy person by nature, Raja makes up for his physical absence among the guests by presenting them with his unforgettable desserts, that range from delicious chocolate cakes to mouthwatering Shahi Tukdas. The cookies and muffins that manage to travel to the park with the guests on safaris are also the work of this shy culinary artist.
